Synthetic fibers require meticulous, specialized craftsmanship over time. Our restoration process meticulously treats the fibers to minimize friction, restore silkiness, and revive the piece's original crown glory.
Atelier Policies & Inspection
To maintain our stringent standards of craftsmanship, every piece undergoes a rigorous diagnostic appraisal upon delivery
- The Assessment: If the piece passes our initial inspection, it will be masterfully refurbished and dispatched back to your address.
- Eligibility Window: To allow your piece time to settle, this service becomes available 15 days from the date you originally received your delivery.
- Irreparable Damage: Please note that if a piece has sustained profound structural damage or fiber degradation beyond repair due to user error or incorrect aftercare, it cannot be refurbished. In such instances, the piece will be returned to you in its current condition.
How to Return Your Piece
- Secure Your Service: Select your preferred care route at check-out to generate your unique Service Order Number.
- Package with Care: Detangle your piece gently and secure it within its original Marissence packaging or a stable, protective box.
- Dispatch: Ship your piece to our atelier using a tracked and insured postal service. The precise studio address will be provided on your digital receipt.
- The Revival: Once received, our artisans will inspect, revive, and elegantly repackage your piece before returning it directly to your door.
