Refund & Return Policy

At Marissence, we take pride in offering premium-quality wigs and hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wigs and hair extensions are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been worn, styled, altered, washed, brushed, cut, coloured, or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection.

To be considered for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, labels, hairnets, and accessories.
• Show no signs of wear, styling, cutting, colouring, washing, brushing, or product application.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns may be refused if the original hairnet, packaging, tags, or protective materials are missing.

Refund requests will only be considered if:

• The incorrect item was received.
• The item arrived damaged or faulty.
• The item received differs significantly from the item ordered.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the issue. Each request will be reviewed individually and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Marissence reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
